We operate a bit differently from most grooming shops.

This is a family business and Melissa is the only groomer on staff. Our twenty-one year old daughter, Lilia, has been trained by Melissa and she often assists. The greatest advantage for our clients is grooming consistency, but the drawback is that there is often a wait getting on the schedule, particularly the first time. That said, we are really looking for clients who want to be members of the family and not just come in once or twice a year. We love it when our family members are on a standing schedule or they schedule whenever they leave.

If you have children, you want to find a pediatrician that you like and trust. You want to find a daycare facility that you like and trust. You want stability for your children. For many of us, our pets are our children… or at least like our children… and stability is just as important for them, perhaps more so. Often, one negative experience at the groomer can destroy your dog’s attitude toward the grooming experience. Even if we aren’t your groomer of choice, please find someone you like and trust and stick with them.
